3. Click on "Install" and Banner 5 icon will be installed on your computer.

4. Click the Banner 5 icon on your desktop to access Banner.

If you get an error message that looks like the following:

Log out and log back in to your computer as the local computer administrator and install Banner 5. After installation is complete, make sure to log out and log back in with your enterprise account to access banner.
