In March 2007, Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes for the United States, Daylight Savings Time will start earlier than in the past. The United States Congress changed the starting date for DST in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. DST date and time changes are still hard-coded for the 1st Sunday of April and the last Sunday of October in some devices. Clocks will be set ahead one hour on Sunday, March 11, 2007.
