Software Distribution

1. 1. Must be a current Howard University Faculty or Staff member (students only have access to the anti-virus client listed below)*
2. 2. Must present a valid Howard ID card
3. 3. Software may only be used for Howard University business and academic work
4. 4. Recipient must read, fill out and sign a license agreement form. (You may fill in the form prior to coming in to pick up your installation disc - see below to download the proper form)
5. *Note: Students who need a word processor can download Open Office Suite (see below). This is a free alternative, which produces documents compatible with all Microsoft Office products.

Microsoft Office 2010 (PC) See Product Info	Word processing, spreadsheet creation and analysis, project management, power point presentation, and email organization.   Supplemental Software: think-cell provides software add-ins for Excel and Powerpoint. Microsoft Office 2011 (Mac) See Product Info	Same as above (for Mac computers only).
Open Office Product Website	Open Office is the leading open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. It is available in many languages and works on all common computers. (from product website)
