Changing Your Expired Password (Faculty/Staff)

1. 

Open your Internet browser and type http://humail.howard.edu in the Internet Address Window.
Important Note: Do not use "www." before "humail.howard.edu".

You will come to Howard's Microsoft Outlook Web Access page.

In the box next to "Log On", enter your user name and press ENTER.
Your user name is the first part of your e-mail address (the part before the @).

A window will pop up asking for your "User Name" and "Password".
Type your user name and your last working password, and then press the "OK" button.

 
4. 

Type "ENTERPRISE\" then your USERNAME.
Important: Be sure to type ENTERPRISE, backslash \, (NOT /), and your username.

Example: ENTERPRISE\bsmith

Type your your last working password in the "Old password" box.
Type your new password in the "New password" box and then type it again in the "Confirm new password" box.
The new password must be at least six (6) characters long. The new password can include any characters you want.

Click "OK" to send all the information to change your password.

5. 

Click "OK" on the first Security Alert screen.

 
6. 

Click "YES" on the second Security Alert screen.

 
7. 

When you have successfully changed your password, there will be a message stating that the "Password successfully changed" on the Internet Service Manager screen.
