Step 1: Open Internet Explorer and type coltrane.howard.edu in the address box.

Step 2: In the "Log On" box, type your username. Your username is the same as the part of your e-mail address before "@howard.edu".

Step 3: A small window login window appears. Enter your username again and your password then click OK.

Finished! You should now see the your Inbox!
