Microsoft Exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2007
For the past several years, Howard University has provided web-browser access to mail through Microsoft Exchange 5.5 Outlook Web Access (OWA). Access has been provided by accessing the following web address: humail.howard.edu.
This web address is being retired and replaced with a NEW web address to access OWA.
Howard University is upgrading the University’s email system to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. As the upgrade to Exchange 2007 occurs, a newer, more feature-rich version Outlook Web Access (OWA) will replace the outdated Exchange 5.5 OWA.
The new Exchange 2007 OWA will be accessed through the following URL: https://webmail.howard.edu
The new OWA 2007 version provides an easier to use interface. This interface is very much like the Outlook 2003 Desktop Client. Therefore little or no training is necessary to take full advantage of all the features in OWA 2007.
