Click the Start key and select Control Panel.

In Control Panel, select Networking and Internet Connections.

In Network and Internet Connection select Network Connections.

In Network Connections select Create New Connection.

After the Network Connection Wizard dialogue opens, click Next.

After clicking next, select the first option, Connect to the Internet, and click Next.

Select Set Up My Connection Manually and click Next.

On the next screen you are going to select the first option Connect using dial-up modem and click Next.

On this screen enter HU-PPP and click Next.

Enter 202-986-1063 as the phone number that the computer will be calling and click Next.

On the next screen is a personal use question but we recommend that you select Anyone's Use, and click Next.

On the Internet Account Information screen enter your Enterprise User name and Password and confirm your password by entering it in again. When complete, click Next.

This is the final step! Here you can select the little white box to add a shortcut on your desktop if you choose and then click Finish to complete the dial-up set-up process.
