Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at Howard University!

The Office of the Registrar is the official repository of academic records. Located on the first floor of the Mordecai Johnson Administration Building, our mission is to maintain official and accurate records for all students, alumni.

Our Services

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for:

Certifying enrollment
Issuing transcripts
Recording and reporting grades
Coordinating class scheduling
Managing consortia and domestic exchange programs
Maintaining official student academic records
